The action is viewed within the top screen as players aim, adjust the camera, and toss grenades using the touch-screen display. One of the franchise's key features is its cinematic storyline, and DS owners will be able to immerse themselves in the drama with in-game chatter and scripted dialogue between soldiers. Available weapons and equipment include bazookas, sniper rifles, and binoculars, with the DS offering a more streamlined control scheme that automates certain actions, from replenishing health to using walls for cover.

In addition to the three single-player campaigns, soldiers can challenge up to three of their friends in Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch multiplayer modes. Although a DS cannot compete with computer games, visually, this game is pretty good! It's a WWII game with a good variety of levels where you play as a soldier, and levels where you are machinery (tanks, hummers, etc). Although the game isn't designed for real small children, its ease of use makes it addictive for all ages. I recommend buying it if you like war games.
